This Java coffee is sourced from the KSU Item Reje Gayo cooperative in central Aceh, Indonesia. Here a number of smallholder farmers delivery cherry to the processing facility where it is wet depulped and dried. Almost 300 female producers work with Reje Gayo on a Women Producer program which provides a premium price for their product.
Our Java Fairtrade and Organic coffee is espresso roast and 100% Organic. This produces a strong rich full bodied flavour with a medium acidity.
Blended and roasted by hand in small batches. Packed in foil gas flush bags to retain freshness.
